Mela made a pin for jacket, backpack, or purse with the fearsome Snallygaster (aka schnelle Geister / schneller Geist ) Cryptid spotted in the late 1800s in West Virginia, Maryland, and even Washington DC. This viscous, part bird, part lizard beast would swoop down on its human prey and drain them of blood. Some farms in the area still have a 6 point star design on them to ward off this cryptid beast. Melasdesign Handmade Darkness’s leatherette pin measures 2”x1.25” and is sold individually.  It is part of the Cryptid Collection.
